About KUUBOB

Started in 2021 by Maisha B. Hoye, this site is focused on three principles of Kwanzaa, Kujichagulia (Self-Determination), Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility) , Ujamaa (Cooperative Economics)  KUU and Black-Owned Brands (BOBs).  Hence the name, KUUBOB. 

Actually, we have two missions. The first is to amplify BoBs.  We want KUUBOB to be a part your every day shopping life to see if we can go Black Owned everyday, all year.  Next, if we can do our part to help BoBs grow, then we are fulfilling the vision of Kwanzaa all year.
